“Revision” is where instinct meets intention.  This is our v2 of Revision, our second version of a Zinfandel but with a revised fruit source location. This Antelope Valley Zinfandel is a bold, sun-soaked expression of Los Angeles County fruit — intense yet refined, shaped by high desert light, cool nights. The nose opens with brambly blackberry, dark cherry compote, and dried sage, layered with cracked pepper, lavender, and dusty cocoa.On the palate, it’s lush yet structured — a rush of ripe plum, fig, and boysenberry met with savory spice and dark chocaolate, firm tannins, and the warm, dry wind of the high desert in every sip. There’s a subtle rustic edge, this is Zinfandel crafted with restraint — expressive without going overboard.
