Our affinity for Italy and our desire to work with some lesser utilized Italian varietals in Southern California, lead us to this fantastic white variety. Our Vermentino was harvested from the Brickbarn Vineyard in the Santa Ynez Valley. This natively Italian variety was picked early in the harvest season to capitalize on the lower sugar levels and create an expression of bright acidity with medium body, a perfect white for a hot summer day. Element has notes of green apple, lemon zest and minerality on the pallet. If bright white wines are your preference then you may discover our Vermentino may be right in your wheel house.
