The white variety we have wanted to work with from the beginning, Chenin Blanc, will now be in the line up. This will be V1 of Cold Open and is exactly what you want in a Summer white. Medium bodied with bright acidity...it has lovely notes of peach and lemon with some minerality. You will be as excited to drink this wine as we were to make it. ~ 22 cases produced
